Modeling Scams

Fraud Investigation Online

emodel.com, Options Talent Group

Dear Modeling Scams,

I was "picked up" by emodel (Options Talent) in December 2001. I had prior experience with modeling and should have known better. However, I took the "easy" way, as I called it.

Now I am in debt and have nothing to show for my experience with emodel other than a lot of anger and frustration.

I would like to find out how to file a lawsuit against them, and find out if it is even possible.

Please reply.

Sincerely,

E.

E.,

It may be possible to file a class-action lawsuit against emodel/Options Talent. At least nobody has shown how or why it would not be possible.

Call the office of Elite and confirm a report they filed a lawsuit against emodel/Options Talent. Ford Models also spoke out against emodel, and they could have filed an identical lawsuit.

If they have filed a lawsuit and they are successful in the prosecution, the conviction could be the foundation of a class-action lawsuit.

Because if the Elite or Ford attorneys prove their name was used illegally, it will have established in a court of law fraud was committed against aspiring models who signed up and paid emodel/Options Talent.

emodel used the agency names, the legal argument will say, to mislead aspiring models into thinking top agencies used their service. That claim has apparently always been the cornerstone of emodel.com's advertising, and presumably the reason why people like you paid them hundreds of dollars.
