Modeling Scams

Dear Modeling Scams,

I was recently employed by Options Talent Group as a model scout.

I cannot believe that I have read all these letters. Everything that everyone has written is absolutely TRUE!

Scouts are made to believe that this job seems too good to be true, because it's so easy, and because it's better than any other job.

I was unemployed for five months prior to finding this job, and I was hooked on it hardcore.

I mean, hey, I'm a college student, what's a better way to make money than by talking to aspiring models?

I spent the rest of what I had on gas money and new professional clothing to try and keep this job.

They make you believe that the models you scout actually get work.

Please no one be mad at the scouts. We may not have to pay any money, but we are hoodwinked just as much as the people we scout.

I've been working there for three weeks, only to find out today, while looking for my office's phone number, that this place never seems to pay anyone.

I knew it seemed fishy. No one I know there is getting paid yet, except the trainers.

I feel so horrible and embarrassed. I've told my whole family and friends about my great new job. I've even scouted some of my close friends to go and become models.

Little did I know that I was sending them into a trap.

I'm truly sorry to everyone I've scouted that I got you involved with this horrible company.

I'm going to the open call tonight to quit, and tell some of these jackasses off!

Maybe I'll end up holding a sign in front saying "I'M A SCOUT, AND OPTIONS IS A SCAM!!"

I just can't believe I was hooked into this.

Please, any other scouts or potential scouts reading this, GET OUT NOW, don't waste the next few weeks or months of your life working for CON MEN!

Again, I apologize to the families taken in by Options Talent Group. I can only imagine the pain you've all gone through. I'm sorry.

C.B.
